Although our firm now concentrates mostly on credit issues, we are experienced many types of litigation, including personal injury. I worked exclusively for insurance companies for years before embracing the light side of the force.  We still accept clients whose personal injury claims require our skills.  MG was injured in a rear end accident in 2008.  The insurance company for the at-fault driver refused to offer MG any more than $15,000.  The insurance company continued its uncooperative ways until we brought the matter to the very eve of trial.  After we prepared our case for trial, the insurer finally balked and asked for a mediation (a sort of settlement meeting).
