The Fullman Firm is excited to announce its first annual Credit Defense Scholarship is available for the Spring 2023 and Fall 2023 semesters! This scholarship supports high school seniors and college students who should not have to take on enormous debt for their education. At The Fullman Firm, our collection defense lawyers defend individuals and small businesses against all types of debt collection lawsuits, judgments, wage garnishments, bank levies, and property liens.

Scholarship Details
Name of the scholarship: The Fullman Firm Debt Relief Scholarship
Detailed description: Applicants must complete the form on this page and submit a 500- to 1000-word response essay on one of the following topics:
- The effect of student debt on individuals
- The effect of scholarships and debt relief programs on students
Verification of enrollment is required from the winner’s college. Applicants will be notified by email within 30 days of the application deadline. Our highly trained team will look for writing that is clear, articulate, logically organized, and grammatically correct. The winner will be notified by email.
If the winner fails to respond to Fullman Firm within 30 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. We reserve the right to select another winner according to the process described above. That winner must respond to notification of their win within 30 days; otherwise, they will also forfeit their prize. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or breaches these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and The Fullman Firm will select another winner.
