Portfolio Recovery sued A.S. and her small business for $26,133.  A.S. hired us to defend her using our Affordable Full Service defense program.  When we served Portfolio Recovery’s lawyers with our demands for information and documents (called Discovery), they responded by dismissing the lawsuit.
