National Collegiate Trust and Patenaude & Felix Breach Agreement But End Up Losing Big.

T.M. owed $54,000 to National Collegiate Trust on defaulted student loans.  She made an agreement to make monthly payments with no discount.  Nevertheless, even though she was making her payments on time, National Collegiate Trust and Patenaude & Felix sued her!  She came to The Fullman Firm and we defended her.  We are happy to say that the case has settled for only $12,000 spread out over 5 years.  She ended up saving $42,000!
