Midland Funding and Hunt & Henriques Dismiss $6,588 Lawsuit 2 Days Before Trial

S.F. was sued by Midland Funding and Hunt & Henriques for $6,588.  As the trial date on S.F.’s case approached, we reviewed the file and saw that Midland had missed a step in its preparation for trial.  We pointed this out to Midland Funding’s attorneys, Hunt & Henriques, and also outlined our case.  Midland Funding dismissed the case two days before trial.
