T.V. was sued for $$12,569 by Cavalry SPV I LLC and Suttel, Hammer & White. She hired us to defend the lawsuit and requested that we attempt to settle the debt before filing an Answer to the complaint. We were able to settle for $4,000 before the time to respond to the complaint had expired.
