Fernando Ayala Case Manager
Fernando Ayala helps clients navigate defense against debt collection lawsuits by managing case files, coordinating documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met with precision. He brings legal case management experience from The Wilhite Law Firm, where he supported litigation by handling records, insurer communication, and case management systems. He also worked in Peru at GPS Management, where he managed judicial portfolios and collections. This experience gave him insight into how creditors and collection agencies operate, which he now uses to help defend clients.
