C.P came to us late in the lawsuit, two weeks before trial. We explained that our chances of success are much better when a client comes to us as soon as she is served with the Summons, but we promised our best efforts. In response to our preparations for trial, Citibank instructed Hunt & Henriques to dismiss the suit. Again, it is more efficient for them to concentrate their efforts on people who do not defend themselves.
