Midland Funding and Legal Recovery Law Offices (Mark Walsh) Drop Case.

One of our DIY Lawsuit Defense clients, F.M., just reported that the case brought against her by Legal Recovery Law Offices (Mark Walsh, Esq.) on behalf of Midland Funding has been dismissed.  Midland failed to respond to our discovery demands, so we advised F.M. to file a motion to compel responses.  F.M. agreed, we prepared the motion for her, and Midland responded by dismissing the case.
