L.B. was sued for $24,000 by FIA Card Services through The Moore Law Group. L.B. used our “DIY” lawsuit defense service and then hired us to handle the trial for her. FIA and The Moore Law group failed to properly prepare for trial. After we objected to FIA’s unsupported evidence and opposed their request for a continuance of the trial, they dismissed the suit.
