Winn Law Group and Cavalry SPV Settle $20,000 Collection Suit for 5%.

Debt buyer Cavalry SPV I sued our client L.H using The Winn Law Group. L.H defended the lawsuit with our help.  Trial was set for December, so we sent out our pre-trial documents in November.  Our pre-trial documents are designed to make debt collectors WORK for their money and to require them to prove their case with real evidence.  All along Cavalry had been demanding $20,000, but just before trial they agreed to settle for $1,000!   Congratulations L.H.!
