National Collegiate Trust sued R.P. using Patenaude & Felix. They brought to actions against R.P. totaling approximately $80,000. R.P. has been defending himself using our Attorney Assisted Lawsuit Defense service, and we just heard back from him after s settlement conference: both cases settled for a total of $28,000 with payment terms over time!
