It’s been a good week for Fullman Firm client J.H. He was sued by two different creditors (CACH, LLC and LVNV Funding) and came to us for help with each case. Well, we can’t guarantee this for everyone, but in the same week we settled the $18,503 lawsuit from CACH LLC for $4,000 (that’s less than 22%) and got the $6,811 LVNV Funding case dismissed outright (winner)!
