Default Judgment Reversed and Case Dismissed

Default Judgment had been entered against J.A. by National Credit Adjusters. J.A. hired us to pursue Stipulation.to Vacate Judgment. The collection attorneys, Nelson & Kennard, agreed to vacate the judgment. J.A then signed up for our Affordable Lawsuit Defense and we served a Demand for Production of Documents on National Credit Adjusters. We then reviewed National Credit Adjuster’s responses, and discovered a gap in the chain-of-assignment. We notified Nelson & Kennard of it, and they agreed to dismiss the case.
