National Collegiate Student Loan Trust sued Fullman Firm client LT for $13,053. LT hired us to defend him under our Affordable Full Service program. We demanded a copy of the NCT’s file, but NCT was unable to produce it. They dismissed the case rather than face a motion to compel compliance with the document demand.
