Fortis Capital Dismisses $10,450 Lawsuit In Response to Fullman Document Demands

Fortis Capital sued I.M. for $10,450, but he did not give in.  He hired the Fullman Firm for our Attorney Assisted Lawsuit Defense service.  After he mailed off the document demands we prepared for him, Fortis Capital dismissed the case.  We can’t guarantee these results all the time, but we know that defending a debt collection lawsuit is always better than just giving in.
