Asset Acceptance levied E.B.’s bank account based on a$7,150 judgment it had obtained without proper notice to E.B.. We were able to get the judgment vacated, the money returned. Then we demanded a copy of Asset Acceptance’s documents. They responded by agreeing to dismissing the case with prejudice.
