Asset Acceptance sued J.N. for $22,000, using the law firm of Fulton, Friedman, and Gullace. Asset Acceptance claimed they had purchased an old debt from Citibank. J.N. used our DIY Lawsuit Defense service and…won! Asset Acceptance was unable to produce the evidence we demanded and instead chose to just give up and dismiss the case. We noticed that this seems to be a trend with them. Another Fullman client won her case against them this week under the same circumstances. Congratulations J.N.!
