K.P was sued by a debt collection attorney for $15,875.37. We helped K.P. defend the suit, and on the eve of trial the debt purchaser agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice if defendant promised not to publicize the case. The agreement to dismiss did not mention the Fullman Firm, so we are free to publicize it, but we have decided not to use the debt purchaser’s or collection attorney’s names so that we can continue to get these deals for our future clients. It is gratifying to know that debt collectors are afraid to appear in this blog.
