Legal Recovery Law Offices’ Case Dismissed After Fullman Firm Vacates Default Judgment

Capital One used Legal Recovery Law Offices to obtain a default judgment against C.M. without giving her proper notice of the lawsuit (the Summons).  We were able to get the judgment vacated.  Also, because 3 years had passed since the lawsuit started without Legal Recovery Law Offices serving her with the Summons, we were able to get the case dismissed with prejudice.
