Equable Ascent sued JM using CIR Law. He came to us for our Attorney Assisted Lawsuit Defense. We prepare his initial response to the lawsuit, and then prepared a demand for production of the Equable Ascent file. No response. We then prepared a letter for JM threatening to obtain a court order that CIR and Equable Ascent comply with the demand for production. Their response? They dismissed the case.
